    Pick any time from 1 Nov with the mobile number on your account. The pass covers your seat.

    We match your face to the pass photo when you arrive. Then you play.

The fine print, in plain words

Pass rules

Shown for the 10 hour pass. The 20 hour pass allows up to 4 hours a day and 3 hours per booking.

  • One pass per person. It is yours alone and cannot be transferred, shared or resold.
  • A clear photo of your face is required when you buy. The desk checks it against you each time you use the pass.
  • The pass only covers you. Friends with you book and pay for their own seats.
  • Use it on any seat, racing or gaming. On a gaming seat one pass hour covers one person for one hour. Up to 2 hours per booking and 3 hours a day.
  • Valid 60 days from 1 Nov. Bookings with the pass are for sessions from 1 Nov. Hours left at expiry lapse. They do not carry forward.
  • We may close passes on a few busy dates (shown when you book).
  • In store we may send a one-time code to your phone before the pass is used.
  • No refunds. If anything goes wrong with your session, we make it right with time credits.

How does it work?

Racing or gaming?

Both. One pass works on any seat. On a gaming seat one pass hour covers one person for one hour, so friends playing with you pay for their own place.

When can I use it?

From 1 Nov, our opening day. Buy it now and your validity starts on 1 Nov, not today, so you lose no days.

Why do you need my photo?

The pass is personal. Your photo is kept privately and shown only to our desk team at check-in, so nobody else can use your hours.

What happens when it expires?

We send you one reminder before the end date. Hours left on the end date lapse. Nothing carries forward.

Can I get a refund?

No refunds. If anything goes wrong with your session, we make it right with time credits.
