Good to know
- Who can join?
- Everyone with a RaceWorld account is a Challenger from day one. Students who show a valid college ID become Scholars, at no cost. Achiever and Champion are paid tiers, monthly or yearly. Legend is by invitation.
- We are not open yet. When does it start?
- Join today and your membership starts on 1 Nov, opening day. A month or a year counts from then.
- How does the weekday rate work?
- Book any day of the week and pay the weekday price for the same time of day. It covers you and the guests your tier allows, up to the fair use hours. A few festival dates can be excluded; we show them before you book.
- Why do you need my photo?
- A membership is personal. We keep your photo privately and the desk checks it at check-in for member-rate bookings, so nobody else can use your membership.
- What are Laps?
- Points you earn on every rupee you spend and on milestones. Swap them for food or bonus time. They are not cash, they cannot be transferred and they last 12 months.
- What happens when it ends?
- We remind you 7 days and 1 day before. If you do not renew, the benefits stop at the end date and you are a Challenger again. Your Laps stay with you.
Member terms in plain words
- One membership per person, on your own mobile number. It is non-transferable.
- Your photo is required and checked at the desk for member-rate bookings.
- The member rate covers you and the guests your tier allows. It does not stack with other offers.
- Food and drinks discounts never go below the item's cost floor, so the kitchen stays fair.
- Bonus minutes follow the store's free time limits.
- Monthly or yearly. Benefits stop at the end date, with no pro-rata refunds.
- No refunds. If anything goes wrong with your session, we make it right with time credits.
